2021 Kemble Targa Rally. The event was organised by Bath Motor Club and sponsored by Witney based Rally Preparation Services. Held over three locations in the glorious Cotswold countryside over 70 entrants tackled 9 special tests totaling around 25 miles with 80% on tarmac and 20% on good smooth gravel.
